Event spaces, gyms, and houses of worship are usually big rooms with reflective surfaces. Adding power to a room like that just adds echo. The fix is directing sound at the people instead of the walls, so we design coverage around the seating area and keep energy off the hard surfaces.
Microphones get the same attention. Wireless handhelds, lapel and headset units, podium mics, and choir or ensemble pickup all have to coexist without feedback, and we set frequency coordination so nothing drops during a service or an event.
Video can include projection or large format displays, confidence monitors for presenters, and a simple feed for streaming or recording when a room needs to reach people who are not there.
Controls are built for volunteers and staff, not engineers: a few labeled presets rather than a console full of faders, with training so more than one person knows how to run it.
